Astonishingly fresh at age 40, with a pristine fragrant Nebbiolo nose. Light ruby in color. Drinking perfectly, displaying a medium body, red fruit profile, and supporting but not intrusive tannin. The wine only got better over the next three hours. Surely the large format allowed this graceful evolution. There were 8 happy people around the table. 10
